Is all of your jewellery in stock?

All items are individually handmade on receipt of order.  Some items will have been pre-made and therefore despatch will be closer to the stated time.

What if I need my order delivered urgently?

If you need something urgently, please do contact me and I will do my very best to accommodate.

Is your jewellery Hallmarked?

Items under 7.78 grams are exempt from hallmarking.  The majority of items on my website are exempt from hallmarking.  However, those items that are above this weight will have a Edinburgh Hallmark and my sponsor mark added.

Problems with your delivery!

In the unlikely event that I experience a delay in making your order,  I will contact you right away to discuss possible alternatives or let you know of the delivery date you can expect to receive it. In exceptional circumstances, should I not be able to fulfil an order I have accepted, I will refund your card with the full price.

Can I add an item or change my order?

If you want to add an item or change your order then please contact me within 12 hours of receipt of your confirmation email.

When will my returns be processed?

I aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. However it may take up to 28 days for the refunded amount to appear on your card, please contact your card issuer.

What payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept payment by PayPal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to do this.  You will be returned to www.marnabelljewellery.co.uk after payment has been processed.

I’ve forgotten my password to log into my account

Go to ‘Log In’ as normal, there will be a ‘forgot your password’ link. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

I currently do not offer a gift wrapping service.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

I do not currently offer gift vouchers. However, it is an option I am looking into, so please sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know.

Do you offer different chain options?

Want a snake chain instead of a trace chain? Want a longer chain length? No problem. Where stated in the description, I can arrange different chain lengths and types on the majority of my pendants and necklaces. Depending on the style of chain there may be an extra charge. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Can I have my jewellery engraved?

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer an engraving service.  However, the jewellery I sell is .925 sterling silver and can therefore be engraved by a professional.
