Not sure of your correct size? Then you will find information on sizing on this page – on how to measure for rings, bracelets, bangles and cuff/torc bangles.
RING SIZE
If you are unsure about your ring size or want to know what measurements are used when making your ring, please use this website below to find information on sizing rings – http://ringsizes.co
Remember to allow for the ring to go over the widest part of the finger while still giving a comfortable fit. I would recommend you taking a couple of measurements throughout the day to allow for any changes in temperature and weather which can affect our hands.
TRIPLE WRAP RINGS
Sizing for the triple wrap rings – take a 4mm strip of paper and wrap it 3 times around the chosen finger, starting just off centre at the widest part (which may be the finger joint) and finishing just off centre at the opposite side of the finger, where blue mark is shown. This provides the length of silver needed to make the ring. See picture below:
BRACELETS
Select your choice from the drop down list; X-Small (to fit approx 6″) Small (to fit approx 7″), Medium (to fit approx 8″) or Large (to fit approx 9″). These measurements include the clasp and connecting ring.
The bracelets come in four sizes – X-Small, Small, Medium and Large.
If you have a specific sizing request, please select ‘Other’ and leave a note at checkout with your desired size.
CUFF & TORC BRACELETS
For sizing, first, determine your wrist size:
Use a flexible measuring tape measure and wrap it snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone.
Mark where the measuring tape overlaps on your wrist.
Next, determine the fit you would like. Consider how snug or loose fitting you want your cuff/torc bracelet. Most cuff/torc bracelets are intended to be worn snug around your wrist with a 1″ opening. If you prefer to wear your cuff/torc loosely like a bangle, order up one to two sizes from your recommended size.
Calculate your size range:
XS: 6.0″ – 6.5″
S: 6.5″ – 7.0″
M: 7.0″ – 7.5″
L: 7.5″ – 8.0″
XL: 8.0″ -8.5″
INFORMATION ON SIZING FOR BANGLES
Bangles are usually sized by inside diameter, and are designed to be worn loose on the wrist. They usually feel a little tight as they go on over your hand so that they do not come off by accident.
Method One
The easiest way of determining your bangle measurement is to measure the inside diameter of a bangle you already have that fits you, see below:
Size | Diameter in Inches | Diameter in Centimetres |
Extra Small | 2.25 | 5.7 |
Small | 2.37 | 6 |
Medium | 2.5 | 6.4 |
Large | 2.63 | 6.7 |
Extra Large | 2.75 | 7 |
Method Two
Alternatively, clench your fist and use a tape measure (or a piece of string) to measure across from the middle of the knuckle on your first finger to the middle of the knuckle on your little finger. This measurement will be the inside diameter of your ideal bracelet size. Please remember – ‘round up’ rather than ‘round down’.
Size | Hand Circumference Measurement in Inches | Hand Circumference Measurement in Centimetres |
Extra Small | 6.75 | 17.0 |
Small | 7.25 | 18.4 |
Medium | 7.75 | 19.7 |
Large | 8.00 | 20.3 |
Extra Large | 8.75 | 22.2 |
However, if you have a specific sizing request, please select ‘Other’ and leave a note at checkout with your desired size.
