INFORMATION COLLECTED

Marna Bell Jewellery may collect the following information:

• Delivery and billing address
• Item purchased, value and method of payment.

The information collected through the completion of online, or telephone orders is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details will also collected through enquiries, emails and quotes. The lawful basis for collecting the information is contractual, as your information is required for the fulfilment of the order.  

Marna Bell Jewellery will have no direct contact with any of your financial details, such as your bank account or credit card information during any part of the payment process.

WHAT IS DONE WITH THE INFORMATION GATHERED

Marna Bell Jewellery requires this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

DATA RETENTION

Marna Bell Jewellery will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with its services and as described in the Privacy Policy.
